Collab with Chow chow Thai kitchen !

We have a big surprise for all the food lovers around Chiang Mai!

For us, the best part of running a restaurant is being part of the community of food creators.

We are happy to introduce our first collaboration with Chow Chow Thai contemporary kitchen !

We’ve developed a new dish, special for August, using Chow Chow’s curry. And we’re going to get it to you with a big smile.

Chow Chow Curry

For this dish, we merged our Grilled Atlantic Salmon steak with the special curry from our friends. We then created a new Thai herb salad “Pla”.

(Lemongrass, kefir lime, onion, tomato, Pomelo, Mint, Passionfruit & chili)
