We created Feels. Food. with a simple idea: make eating well easy

Our meal prep adventure has grown fast so… We’re giving it a new name

Feels. Food. is becoming: The Prep Spot.

And we're really happy to start this new chapter with Baptiste “Athit” Poulard, a special guest!

Meals for ASiAN GAMES!

Athit won both the Thai National Road Race and Time Trial Championships in 2026 and is now preparing for his next challenge:

The Asian Games in Japan!

His energy requirements change every day with the training load.

Some days demand considerably more Calories, other more balance. Throughout the week, he needs enough carbohydrates to support his training, enough protein for recovery, and meals that are easy to digest.

Athit came to us with specific dietary requirements, his meals needed to be:

  • High in energy, carbohydrates, specific protein intake

  • Low FODMAP

  • Gluten-free

  • Lactose-free

We are touched taht he and his coach K. Bas trusted our meal prep spot to handle all his nutrition during his training camp in Chiang mai.

Performance starts with consistency

This is what The Prep Spot is really about. We’ve built the service around understanding what you actually need and making it easy to follow that routine consistently.

For some, that might mean a balanced 450-calorie meal.

For someone training at a professional level, with considerably more energy and carbohydrates on a hard training day.

For someone with dietary restrictions, it can mean carefully checking every ingredient.

Nutrition should fit your life, not the other way around.

Now, we're behind Athit all the way

We're proud to be part of Athit’s preparation as he takes on the next big challenge of his career.

We'll be following every race, and cheering for him all the way, starting with ASEAN Games, September 20 to September 23 in Nagoya!
